Tesa 4980 is a transparent double-sided self-adhesive tape consisting of a PET backing and a tackifying acrylic adhesive. It has good adhesion strength to the most common, smooth and uniform substrates. Due to the strong PET backing, it has excellent conversion performance. Due to the reduction of direct contact adhesion, the initial repositioning is carried out during the assembly process.
