The 3M9703 anisotropic conductive film is made of high-quality resin and conductive particles. It is mainly used to connect two different substrates and circuits. It needs electrical conduction between the top and bottom (Z axis) and the left and right planes (X, Y axis) are insulated. Characteristics, and can provide excellent moisture-proof, adhesive, conductive and insulating functions at the same time.

Applications:

It is suitable for the connection, bonding and grounding of flexible circuit boards, printed circuit boards, EMI/RFI shields and gaskets.

Die cutting designs can includes holes, shapes, oversized lines (for easy removal) and complimentary products can also be incorporated.
Die cutting tapes enable you to save a significant amount of time when applying the adhesive tape and to save money for cuts through slitting.
