3M 5421 UHMW UHMW Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Tape is a film coated with a rubber adhesive to provide an excellent wear-resistant surface. These tapes have a unique combination of properties, making them ideal for many harsh impact, abrasion or sliding applications. It can prevent the wear of plastic and metal grooves, guide rails and containers. The surface is smooth, reducing friction and prolonging the service life of the product. 3M UHMWPE Film 5421 Tape is a thinner version of 3M UHMWPE Film Tape 5423.

Applications:

Suitable for conveyor rails and chutes, spray booth linings, storage tanks and trash can linings, drawers and cabinet slides, protection of aluminum plate printers on stretch forming presses, low friction coefficient/anti-sticking, printing, electronics, electrical appliances, Aviation, automotive and other fields.

Shelf Life: To obtain best performance, use this product within 12 months from date of delivery and store under normal conditions of 60 ºC to 80ºF (16 ºC to 27ºC) and 40 to 60% R.H. in the original carton.
