The 3M06348 perforated decorative masking tape is characterized by a rigid band along the edge, gently sliding to the back of the wire, and gently lifting the wire from the body.

This kind of tape allows the paint to flow under the wire while covering its exterior for professional completion of the paint job without the need to remove or replace the wire or rework the paint line. Perforation allows you to manually tear off the tape, saving time.

15 mm wide hard band designed to actually lift up the molding from the vehicle. allowing paint to flow under the molding. This tape works particularly well on flush mount windshield and back glass moldings.

Applications:

The tape is suitable for every trimming and masking situation, including masking side molding, inserting door handles, taillight components, sidelights and headlight units. It eliminates sharp paint edges, accelerates vehicle painting and improves vehicle throughput.

It is installed on the four sides of the windshield to shield and protect the windshield strips. The paint does not leave any residue, and it can also be used to protect the headlights.

Die cutting designs can includes holes, shapes, oversized lines (for easy removal) and complimentary products can also be incorporated.
