Xinst ceramic silicon tape is a new composite silicone tape material that can be vitrified at high temperatures. It maintains all the characteristics of silicone rubber at room temperature, and is converted into inorganic ceramic materials when encountering high temperatures.
This ceramic silicone tape has the advantages of ceramic insulation, heat insulation, fire insulation, water insulation, earthquake resistance, and low thermal weight loss. In case of fire, the "ceramic" hard shell can play a very good role in flame retardancy, fire resistance, fire prevention and fire insulation, with a maximum resistance of 1000 ℃, effectively ensuring the smoothness of the line.

1. The ceramic silicone adhesive tape can form a ceramic shell under the conditions of flame or flameless at 650 ℃~1000 ℃, with excellent fire resistance
2. Anti aging, high temperature resistance, excellent electrical performance
3. The smoke after burning --- low smoke, halogen-free, phosphorus nitrogen free, heavy metal free, non-toxic, harmless, and the safety level of smoke toxicity reaches the highest safety level ZA1 of polymer materials (the experimental animals will not die and their average weight will recover within 30 minutes of exposure and the next 3 days), and will not cause secondary injury to people.
