Construction Requirements Of Breathable Tape For Hollow PC Board In Greenhouse

1、 Carefully inspect the installation of steel structures and aluminum alloy profiles, and after passing the inspection, proceed with the installation of PC boards.

2、 Carefully check the cutting size of the PC board and the reserved amount for expansion of the board. Installation is only allowed after confirming compliance. When placing plates on aluminum profiles, special attention should be paid to leaving sufficient and uniform expansion gaps. The calculation formula is: total expansion gap=PC board expansion coefficient * local annual temperature difference * board length.

3、 The edges of the Pc board should be smooth and free from burrs and other rough phenomena.

4、 Before sealing with Xinst hollow PC board breathable tape, all holes should be blown clean with compressed air, and water, oil, and other debris and dirt should not be brought into the holes.

5、 Before installing the board, it is necessary to check the xinst breathable tape for damage. If any damaged tape is found, it must be replaced.

6、 Identify the UV resistant side of the board surface and install it facing outward. It is never allowed to install the UV resistant side facing inward.

7、 Before installation, lift the protective film around the board by 30-50mm. Do not let the profile clamp the protective film, but do not lift too much to avoid damaging the layout due to careless operation.

8、 When tightening the self tapping screw, the force should be evenly applied and carefully checked to ensure that the profile truly compacts the plate.

9、 Sealant is not allowed to be used arbitrarily in the construction of sheet materials. When installation defects are found, sealant can be fully used to make up for potential leakage in areas such as the intersection of aluminum profiles.
