Caratteristiche del prodotto nastro 3M 1350F-1:
3M 1350F-1 electrical tape is a thin polyester tape for electrical insulation, which meets UL510 flame-retardant requirements. 3M 1350F-1 tape is composed of UL-approved insulating materials and has a UL130°C temperature rating. It has excellent resistance to relaxation and solvent resistance. Good moisture resistance, smooth, suitable for automated equipment, in line with MIL-I-15126F specifications. 3M1350 series are suitable for: coils, capacitors, flat enameled wires, transformers, fractional horsepower motors, etc. 1. 3MTM polytetrafluoroethylene film tape, coated with high temperature resistant silicone rubber adhesive. 2. It has excellent physical and electrical properties, and can maintain its characteristics in harsh environments. 3. UL510 flame retardant certification.
To achieve the best bonding effect, the bonding surface must be clean and dry. The best temperature range for tape application is 21-38℃. It is recommended that if the initial bonding temperature is lower than 10℃, it is not suitable for bonding. When the adhesive is too hard, it cannot be firmly bonded to the object; however, if it has been bonded, the holding power at low temperature is also satisfactory.
Correct use of 3M tape [Notes]:
1. The bond strength depends on the contact amount of the adhesive to the surface. The pressure during enterprise application helps to develop better bonding effects and improve bonding strength.
2. In order to achieve the best bonding effect, the bonding surface must be clean and dry. When the adhesive tape is bonded to the bonding surface, please use the roller to apply an average pressure of 2.0kg/cm2 or more for 3-5 seconds. After effective bonding, the best bonding effect can be achieved after placing it for more than 24 hours.
3. The ideal tape application temperature range is 70°F to 100°F (21°C to 38°C). The initial tape applied to the surface at temperatures below 50°F (10°C) is not recommended. Because the adhesive becomes too strong. However, once applied correctly, the low temperature retention is basically satisfactory.
4. The best storage conditions and use environment: temperature 15-28℃, humidity 40%-70%.
